SELF CHECKOUT is more than a musical project, it’s a statement of survival. SELF CHECKOUT unites Ahren Stringer (former Amity Affliction bassist/vocalist) and Yung Yogi (ex-Volumes frontman), two artists who’ve lived through hell and come out swinging. After years of chaos, touring, addiction and personal battles, they found themselves together in a Mexico City studio, channeling loyalty, resilience and raw honesty into their music. Their debut single Death Notes marks the beginning of a worldwide rollout, a sound that’s heavy, melodic and impossible to ignore. For fans, it’s a chance to witness two voices reborn.
